Have you ever wondered about unleashing your true full potential?
Even the most accomplished people — executives, athletes, those in nonprofit and public service — turn to skilled coaches for help and accountability.
Coaching is a specific process of interaction, a partnership that encourages a shift in who you are, what you do, and how you do it. This respectful, inquiring form of conversation and listening expands your ability to make significant changes and have more of what you want in life.
As an added service to our nonprofit clients, I have earned the Associate Certified Coach designation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I completed 72 hours of coach-specific training through Coach Academy International in Dallas, 100+ hours of coaching, mentor coaching, and performance evaluation. I also passed a written exam and am abiding by a code of ethics.
Because anyone can call themselves a coach, I’ve committed to this gold standard level of ICF training. If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well!
While I have more than 40 years’ experience in fundraising and consulting, I’ve learned I am not the expert! You have all the resources, knowledge, and ability to create your own solutions. My goal is to facilitate and support your power to reach your chosen goals.
I’m eager to help more nonprofit executives, fundraising professionals, board members and other high-potential individuals make positive and life-changing impacts.
